It's healthy, fast food that you can't go wrong with, until they have another E. Coli outbreak. But that could happen anywhere, so I am willing to take my chances.

Ordered Chicken bowl with chip & guac. today and found this plastic piece in it. First it felt like a piece of lettuce in my mouth but could not chew obviously. Very much disgusted and threw the rest away. The franchise has an issue of food poisoning last summer and I think it should put more effort in the quality control.

Waited 30 mins past pickup time. They lost my order so in return they hurried my order and got weird portions in it.

Burritos, taco, salad! Great Mexican food! Very busy during lunch time, if you want to skip the line is best to do the mobile order first.

I personally don’t understand why so many people seem to love this place. We all have different taste preferences, and I prefer Qdoba, Taco Del Mar, Taco Time NW, Taco Bell, or about any other option for fast/casual Mexican food.

This location has the worst crew and staff. Bunch of rude people and cheap for portions. They are absolutely making this branch the worst quality. The staff need to learn better customer service and stop counting each bean. Never go back to Bellevue Branch. Worst of the worst.

Chipotle is always a good option. I have been working down the street from this location a couple of months but hasn't ventured in as my previous experience was impacted by the line. That was not an issue this time. While it is a popular location and has a line, they move at a good pace. The food is always good. I had the burrito bowl and was happy with it. They have a wide selection of items to add and they appear to keep them stocked and fresh. For the price it is a good lunch and overall the speed and quality is good as well

Chipotle is always a good choice. Their food is almost always good quality, fast and flavourful. The Bellevue Square location has a downstairs eating area, which is nice, as the main upstairs area gets crowded quickly. However, be warned that downstairs smells kind of weird, and they blast music way too loud over a bunch of wall speakers downstairs.

Pretty standard Chipotle only this one has really speedy service. I also liked that they threw out something for a customer next to me when they (the customer) accidentally ordered the wrong thing. They didn't even hesitate and went right away and made a new burrito for them. That was nice.

What to fill your belly, head out to this place. You get a great portion of food for very reasonable price.

Its usually better then when I went last night. It was 9:30/the place was a shambles and the food (what there was of it... Lot a of stuff not avail able) looked dries out as did their employees that were not happy I was there.....Bit it is Xmas and snowflake lane and I bet they were overworked and under paid. Poor kids.

I ordered catering from this Chipotle and when my mother picked up the order, they just had it sitting on the end of the counter with my name written boldly facing customers. She said something like, "I'm here to pick up a catering order" and they gestured towards the boxes. She loaded up the boxes, but anyone could have come in and taken them. It was an order over $500, I would have at least liked to have the security that any random person would not have been able to walk off with my order.

Slow service considering it's a production line to make the food. I also wished they would at least spread around the guacamole you pay $2+ for, so as to not eat that $2 in a couple bites. I rarely go to Chipotle due to their lack of haste, prices, low quality meat, and end product. But obviously plenty of others enjoy it, it does end up being a lot of food.

not a lot of parking, they never seem to give enough rice whenever I order but other people I’ve eaten with here never have that problem. Must just be unlucky! They have two floors for extra seating so don’t be alarmed if you don’t see any tables while ordering. Line moves pretty quickly.

Quiet here on a Sunday eve. Didn’t have many choices for a last min bite to eat on this side of 405. At least I couldn’t think of any. Even tho I’m trying to eat less meat, I decided to get the carne asada. Tasty. Hoping it doesn’t hit me later! Decent everything (service, prices, ambiance) for this price and the fast food nature of the place. Obv you can get better, but you’ll also be waiting and dealing with all the other pretentious aspects of being at a better place. Plus, expect to be out 3xs as much. It’s #bellevue

small portions compared to every other chipotle i have eaten at, then they charge for extra rice when the amount is less than at most places.Maybe this only happens at lunch rush and i got unlucky...

The layout is open and scattered and the staff here is just as incredible. The hostess, the catering managers, the dude who makes the beer - they are all doing such a great job in creating something really amazing for Spokane. My husbands likes his birthday here every year and that's coming up in April.

Chipotle is great, fast Mexican food for the budget and eco-conscious consumer. Fresh cooked meats and vegetables, good sauces and queso which can be enjoyed as tacos, burritos, bowls or salads. The Bellevue location is oddly broken into upper and lower floors, and the lower floor looks (and smells, last time I visited) like it's been forgotten by the cleaning staff.

Good food options for lunch. During dinner I've found options go limited.

So the associate that assisted my order was unable to understand what I say so I had to repeat my order items for three times just to get a burrito and some tacos. I almost gave up when I said burrito three times and see him taking a bowl out. Feb. 14 evening.

I've not known the state of this outlet before the renovation. But since the renovation, it has been really pleasant experience for me.This two level outlet provides ample space for seating if you wish to and pretty quick service. If you are visiting here for a quick lunch on a busy weekday afternoon, ordering on the app before hand is the best option unless you want to end up in a long queue.The online order pickup is pretty convenient and fast that it doesn't make any sense to stand in the queue.

Gave almost no chips on a mobile order, like they were counting on people not checking it. At least the bowl was made correctly.

Requested the lady to change her gloves because it had meat (I am vegetarian) and she asked another person to help me. Great attitude and customer empathy!!

Good food, friendly staff, and really big portions!! This is a great option for dining downtown in Bellevue. Only negative is that their men’s bathroom is sub-par. It was honestly the dirtiest chipotle bathroom I have ever been too. Otherwise it’s fantastic! Super good food!!Overall, 7/10 would eat here again.

I love Chipotle. It's inexpensive, relatively healthy, and quick. But this location is probably the worst Chipotle in all of Western Washington. The staff is extremely slow and seem untrained. The food station is not clean most of the time. They try to cut down on the amount of food on the scoop. I always get at least 25% more quantity at all other Chipotle stores. The salsas seem to be watered down most of the time. Their mild salsa had so much water that the bottom of by bowl was completely wet by the time I drove back to my work place (barely 5 minutes drive).

Good standard of service. New people usually make the portions a lot smaller but this is a good location. They also have lower level seating.

Quick service and great food. Lines are long, especially during lunch times but it moves really fast.

If you like dirty soapy water mixed with your food, go ahead and go here. It says they are open til 10pm, but the staff starts cleaning at 930pm with a line of customers without a care. I love chipotle, but after seeing the cleanliness issue with this branch, I will not come back.I wish I took photos, but I was just in total shock that they would do this in front of customers...

This place is so good. Consistent, cheap, fast. All the best aspects of why people come here. The line at this location is always wrapped around the place at lunch because Bellevue. Luckily you can just order ahead on the app and skip the line.

Pros: - Open during non-office hours- Quantity given is good- Very near to major offices at downtownCons:- Lunch hours during weekdays are busy, plan to stand in the line for 15 mins atleast. They can be fast when you compare with other busy locations.- Employees at this location are not polite, sometimes you feel they are rude- When they are out of any food item for the day, instead of informing at the start of the line, they inform you are at the end or when you reach that item (when you already made few selections), they are not upfront, there is room for improvement there.

Place was great! Super busy, but the staff was churning them through, while remain polite and positive. Food was fresh and all items were available, except the corn salsa (which was clearly communicated prior to ordering). Will be back!

One of the largest dining areas I've seen for a Chipotle. Clean and modern space, with good food. Vegans try the 'sofritas' meat substitute, made from organic soybeans. Few side options but solid choice.

If you want quick and delicious burritos or burrito bowls, Chipotle Mexican Grill is definitely the place to go. I've been here for years and I think I've finally narrowed down a way to maximize your portions while ordering. I normally go with a bowl (naturally fits more) and ask for tortilla on the side. Rice, beans, lettuce, sour cream, corn, etc., are all FREE when you ask for extra so don't hold back! The only topping they charge you additional for is guac ($2), and that's worth it to me. They also charge more for meat, so keep that in mind. Everything is made fresh daily and I think the combination of flavors is to die for. It's just so damn good, and for under $8 you'll be full all day. Give it a try!

Fast employees, they make a few mistakes but it's okay. The lines are long. The only gripe is not everything is compostable. Wish they could be more environmental friendly.

I absolutely love this place. This place is a heaven for vegetarians. I can eat here everyday. They have several options for vegetarians but I always get their Softritas Bowl. The potion size is generous, prices are reasonable and service is quick. This location is super convenient as it’s in Bellevue downtown so close to Bellevue Square and Lincoln Square.

Fast service but every time I've ordered here, the rice is never cooked through 😭

I really like the place! The only issue I faced a couple of times: when you ask completely not spicy ingredients in result you'd get still spicy product (seems like staff could be not 100% sure on what they advise).

Had a long day moving my personal things & furnitures to my new aprt down West Seattle & wanted to eat some chipotle & since I was near this location on my way back to my old aprt I realized there chicken is not as fresh as it used to be, well the chipotle I used to go was in New York City 🌃 They’re portions are very little too😩😩 and only thing I actually enjoyed was the GUACAMOLE ✨which is never a failure. Besides that I lost my appetite 😏😏 Bring the fresh meat back !!!!

Not sure if the crew is new or Chipotle is being cheap with the virus going on but my most recent visit was not accepted. Cold stale 21 chips. Why give such a big bag then put one handful in it. Burrito was cold and again very small with little steak inside.

Had lunch with my family! Actually a good place for some good mex food
